SHIPPING + PRODUCT FAQ

What is the shipping cost?
Shipping cost is deteremined by the shipping method selected by the vendor, dimension (weight and size), and delivery address. Shipping cost is not included in the order. A separate sales order with the total cost, which includes shipping and taxes, as well as any other applicable fees will be emailed once the order is placed.
Are taxes included in the order?
Taxes are not included in the order at checkout. A separate sales order with the total cost, which includes shipping and taxes, as well as any other applicable fees, will be emailed once the order is placed.
What is an Inventoried Stock Item?
Inventoried Stock Item means that the prduct was purchased upfront by Revolution Mortgage Corporate to allow employees to purchase the product at a lower quantity minimum. These products are inventoried and warehoused at Artina Promotional Products, and will be released and shipped at least every Wednesday. Example: If you place an order on a Thursday, your products will be shipped out no later than the following Wednesday.
What is a Non-Inventoried Stock Item?
These products will be ordered straight from the manufacturer (vendor) and will be direct shipped to the shipping address. Unlike inventoried stock items, which are paid upfront by Revolution Mortgage Corporate, each product has a minimum quantity requirement per order. These Items will be shipped from the vendor's distributions center, and lead times will include production + shipping, which will vary by product and vendor.
If your order contains both inventoried stock item and non-inventoried stock item, shipping + taxes applied at checkout will only be applicable for inventoried stock items. You will receive a separate email which will include the shipping + taxes for the non-inventoried stock item.
Why can't all items be Inventoried Stock Items?
While we wish we had an infinite budget and a money tree that grows regardless of the climate, we unfortunately do not have that leisure. Like a normal retail business, we do not want to hold inventory carrying costs. Depending on the popularity and demand, we may add certain products to the Inventoried Stock Item list.
Can I order products not listed on the site?
Yes! Artina Promotional Products offers a wide variety of products and brands. You're not limited to what's available on the site. For example, if you want a Revolution Mortgage branded post-it-note, our account executive can provide options with pricing and design. Contact Jessica Harding at harding@artina.com to request custom products.
How frequently are new products added?
New products will be added each season, and some products may be replaced with alternate products based on pricing and popularity. if you don't see a product on here that you would like to see added to the site, please contact marketing@revolutionmortgage.com.
I want a different color option. How can I order a different color?
As long as the Revolution logos + brand are within guidelines, you can request to order any products in alternate color options that may be available. Email Jessica Harding at harding@artina.com with the product name and SKU, and request alternate color options. Keep in mind, you'll need to order + pay for the minimum quantity for that product, even if the item is listed on the site as an Inventoried Stock Item. Additional setup fees may apply.
